Hey you guys. Regarding the problem I am facing with the site. I think you guys deserve to know whats going on because the problem is pretty severe. I will try to explain as simple as I can.

Ok you know the name "happeepill.com"?.. That is what we call a web domain. And every year I have to renew it. I have to pay $20 to this particular company because it holds the domain for me.

Clear so far?

The problem starts when the company stops emailing me. I paid the 20 bucks and I don't know if they received it or not. I emailed them numerous times and they did not email me back. I called them and I got their machine. I left a message but no call back. I called another branch of theirs and it turns out to be a non-working number. In the meantime all of this emaling, phone calling and all this bull crap.. the expiration date of happeepill.com is getting nearer and nearer.. which is 23rd Jan 2010.

When the domain expires, it will take awhile for it to be available again AND the fact that other people may take over that "happeepill.com" domain name. You get it so far?

From all the websites I've done and trust me I've done my fair share.. this is the first time I am faced with this sort of problem.

I mean I am so psyke to start happeepill again. I freaking redesigned the whole site, transferred all the old content, engaged a programmer to work on a registration form thing, paid the webhosting for the whole year... and looks like this 1 problem is gonna flush all the efforts down the drain:(

Some people suggest starting a new domain name.. but that means I have to market a new site with a new name all over again. That is like starting back to zero. And what will the new domain be? Happeepuak.com? Happeepoll.com? What about Happeepueak.com? Do you know how confused, visitors are gonna be? Anyway, all my cartoons directs itself to happeepill.com.... The thought of starting a new name just doesn't sit right with me.

I am still trying to find ways to solve this. I intend to go to their office.. that is, if its not a fake address. But if nothing else works.. it looks like this is gonna be the one that breaks the Evil Bunny's back. :(

I just wanna tell you guys I feel fine. Sure its a HUGE loss but after experiencing failures after failures.. I am kinda immune to it. It's not the end of the world. I just have to sit back and restrategize. I learnt alot from this whole 3 years of going on and off Happeepill.com And coincidentally my 2 weeks off is starting soon and its the perfect time for me to unwind if things don't go my way.

I may start a blog instead of a website.. using one of those blogspot stuff. I may make cartoons for a specific niche. And I do have this strong desire to create an Islamic dakwah site for the Muslim youth in Sg and Malaysia... there is definate need for it. So you can never know...

But hey, whatever it is... I thank you guys profusely for supporting my work:) I didn't expect the site to be so popular with primary and secondary school students. I also have my fair share of teachers, housewives and professionals. And the site started with having alot of Malay visitors and then it morphed to being multi-racial:)

I have friends telling me that they over heard strangers talking about happeepill in their conversations. My sister told me, she heard the Enjet -enjet semut being played on someones phone in a bus.. and I can remember the time when somebody ask me for my autograph when they bought the Enjet semut CD. hahah.. I gabra man:P

Anyways.. like I said, I will try my best to solve this mess. If I can, then good for all of us.. but if its not, hey, It has been a fun 3 years eh? :) But after all this time.. you guys still don't know my real name :( So let me introduce myself....
