I have to mention that the whole movie is in some ancient language so please bring your reading glasses so you can read them subtitles. What can I say about this movie? Hmmm.. The storyline is easy to follow.. too easy and direct. But you will be amused by how those Mayans lived back then. Running around semi naked, survival skills, curing impotency etc. It made thankful that I am not a Mayan.

What saved this movie is Mel Gibson style of directing a movie- senseless graphic violence. Violence so intense you can almost smell the raw flesh as the rock smashed through a Mayan’s skull. Nice.

However, like I said before, I find the story too simple that I can so imagine a Beng or a Mat say “Huh? Like that only ah?!” after the show.
